Created early 2017

Introduction

This is the redesigned user journey of setting up a new company, user account, company branch(es) and tracked assets (equipment) using the Rovitracker asset management software.

Rovitracker is an B2B IoT company that focuses on creating a SAAS web app that tracks industrial equipment, its current state, and its associated budget management (e.g., oil changes or equipment rentals).

Goal

The goal of the redesigned onboarding process was to reduce the number of steps the user had to perform after setting up an account; This includes placing the branch creation and inventory set up in the account setup stepper.

The Journey in Practice

The requirements for the redesigned onboarding process were to allow the user to create their company, configure their branch(es), and add categories for their inventory suite.
